More Than Traditional
Batting Cages

Opened in 2025, The Barrel Zone was built with a single goal: to give athletes, teams, trainers, and coaches a dedicated space to train year-round. Located in Rancho Cordova, we provide flexible spaces that adapt to your specific workout.

We don’t limit you to one activity. Whether you need to work on your swing, dial in your pitching mechanics, run fielding drills, or host a full-team practice, our facility is equipped to handle it all.

Lane Rentals

$45 / hour

Individual lanes can be reserved for hitting, pitching, catching, or machine work based on lane setup.

MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships are designed for athletes and families who want consistent access at a lower cost than individual lane rentals.

TEAM RENTALS

$180–$260

Great for team practices, hitting rotations, pitcher/catcher work, and small-group training.

PERSONAL TRAINING

$50–$95

Private instruction is available through independent trainers who regularly train at The Barrel Zone.

CLINICS & CAMPS

$40–$150

Throughout the year, The Barrel Zone offers specialty clinics, camps, and small-group training opportunities.

Coach Jen has been incredible with my daughter—her skills and confidence have noticeably improved since training with her. The facility is spacious, clean, and well‑maintained. The lobby has A/C and a TV, which makes waiting comfortable for parents.The staff is friendly, helpful, and always great to work with.  We recently started using the facility for team practices, and the scheduling process has been easy and convenient. Barrel Zone is HANDS DOWN the best softball training facility we have used!

We’ve done it all here—clinics, private lessons, conditioning, team practices, and team conditioning—and every single experience has been amazing. The coaches and trainers don’t just go through the motions. They genuinely care about the athletes, push them to get better, build their confidence, and help them grow both physically and mentally.

As a parent, I love seeing the difference the right training environment can make. The knowledge, energy, and attention these athletes receive at Barrel Zone is unmatched.

Our team has also held multiple practices and conditioning sessions here, and the quality and consistency are always there.

They even have weights there, even though we didn't use them, we can add it to our workout next time. Our parents enjoyed the air conditioned lobby where they watched TV and socialized.
